Refund and Exchange Policy at AIN THE HOUSE OF BRANDS
At Ain The House of Brands we take great pride in offering original designer collections and premium stitching services with complete attention to quality and detail. All of our products are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure a flawless experience for our customers.
Unstitched Collections
We do not offer any return or exchange on unstitched products under normal circumstances. Any concerns related to the quality of fabric or design must be reported within 7 working days of receiving your parcel. Complaints raised after 7 days will not be entertained. All requests will be reviewed by our Quality Control team and if a valid concern is identified we may offer an exchange or store credit.
Stitched Orders
Orders that include stitching or customization are not eligible for return, refund or exchange under any condition. This is due to the personalized nature of the service and the resources involved in tailoring.
Discounted and Customized Orders
Products that are purchased on sale or include any customization are not eligible for refund, return, or chargeback.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item with a major fault in fabric or finishing please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Once a query is raised our team will evaluate the concern and respond accordingly. In case of a verified fault we may offer a replacement of the same item or a store credit for future use.
Order Cancellations
Orders placed via Credit Card or Bank Transfer can only be modified or cancelled within 48 hours of order placement. After this time frame all confirmed orders will be processed accordingly.
Please note that all final decisions regarding complaints rest with our Quality Control department after internal review.
